Please complete the form below ALL fields are REQUIRED. It is also REQUIRED that you use your school issued email; Staff and Faculty are to use <username>@aii.edu, and students are to use thier OLS accounts <username>@stu.aii.edu. It is now policy that all school related email transactions go to these accounts. Once you have completed the form below, click the "Send to Help Desk" button, and an AIP Support Specialist will address the issue. You will recieve an email to the email address submitted on the form stating that the issue has been resolved. |
